Thread regarding MD Anderson Cancer Center - University of Texas layoffs

Missed Management plus Favoritism

MD Anderson bigger problem is starting to show up slowly from losing money to big laid off in 2017 and now losing experience employees from Nurses to Surgical Nurses to its competitors like Methodist, Memorial Herman, Texas Women Hospital.

To eliminates MD Anderson problems;

First, it must be eradicated FAVORITISM in the workplace.

Second, unfreeze pay increase.

Third, managements must lead by an example.

Fourth, Team works must start with managements.

MD Anderson would stand to lose more money if it failed to implement the above suggestions.
