Do the Spidy routine:
S--- the guts our of it, (intellectual, bandwith, equipment, rights) then load it up with Debt from Wireless then spin it off and let it go bankrupt. A strategy used by others
Cheaper than Yahoo, doesn't have thousands of workers who are hoping to get fired, gives verizon spectrum it can use for 5G.
Now..... compare that to Go90 - hundreds of millions spent, three app launches, no customers.
Don't worry, they will pay for it with your 401k stock holdings.

Come on everybody, sooner or later they will buy something that works.
I am by no means pro company as I have disagreed on much of the recent sales and purchases, but this is a purchase that may make sense. Probably cheaper than buying licenses in the spectrum auction. Who knows if they over paid or not. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while. Hope this move works out.

Straightpath is a company owned by IDT in newark,nj with 9 employees. Im sure they are only concerned with the spectrum licenses.
Verizon will dismantle the company and lay everybody off
