Wow, and putting so many eggs in the same basket of new mexico and stack. There are liabilities in both areas which i will not elaborate on.

Devon just lost a class-action lawsuit in the Barnett because it was stiffing landowners on royalty payments. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Devon has been doing the same thing in the Delaware and Eagle Ford.
Oh yeah, they announced it last week... it's a good as gone.... close end of year.
