Our pensions are gone. Once ch 7 comes into play we are doomed. It's over take the company down while we still can. It's OVER. You get one life and I spent mine loyal to a terrible company. What a shame. Sabotage is all that is left and vengeance. Trust that.

Every tech I know wants to work it's management that is holding back the work to field techs. Sure we are getting paid either way but I would rather work for my pay than sit around. The smart techs are the ones running their own business and getting paid by Avaya. KK would be proud........
I hope you all lose your pensions, none of you deserve it and think you are owed something for doing nothing. Idiots!
yea i have been using their phone for years and have saved thousands, unlimited everything (pooled).

it is what it is and if we had not went private we would probably have been gone long ago.
we don't have a monopoly anymore.
we square up every week (for represented) and if you don't like your job or the uncertainty find another job..
i really hope it all works out but if it doesn't i have been blessed and will be working somewhere (prbly for less money) but i have gained a lot of useful knowledge.

Nice. The company spies on it's employees by monitoring location data on their phones? That's why I would NEVER accept a company phone for any reason. Avaya has shown itself to be corrupt.
But this week blame game goes too.... field technicians......we were just told that we will be disciplined if we fail any directives that have been recently passed ot to the field.. but they won't put anything in writing... today I was threatened with discipline because I did not start my vehicle 4 days last week when I didn't have work..... so to all you techs who are not requesting union representation for any conversation with a manager on gps or your overtime all these years you are fools it's your right because when you do they leave you alone not that it's going to save the bankruptcy but it helps to ease your mind try it and see or not
Chap 7 could be a possibility but things are going on as usual - we have events in las vegas in june we have sales confs - so not sure whats the real state of business may be we will come out of all this soon

Wow I have never in exactly 30 years which I now have seen morale so low. I hate to admit this and I'm a worker. I'm done too. How many times can a man be worried about his job it's torture already. Now our pensions wow I can feel the stress turning into cancer in my body it's depressing. Unhappy is an understatement.
