The management overhead is WAY TOO MUCH. I have never seen so many VPs , Directors and so called principal engineers. If QCOM looses lawsuit, you guess what will happen.

Qualcomm's presence in San Diego will continue to shrink dramatically.
Even with 5g....Qualcomm's power and control will wane.... where it will have compete on quality rather than through lawyers
