I was offered a job position on CSC now DXC recently, offer from the recruiter was regular business hours. Offers seems good, so I left my position of 4 years to go to DXC. After 3 weeks on the employment, they told us that we will be rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment and that we need to sign a document approving or we were going to be resign, I was resign from the position and they even banned me from applying to other position as they say I didn't have the qualifications for the job and supposedly lack of commitment, when their recruiter was the one that provide erroneous information and offer. Also they provide very little training for the position( like 2 week shadowing) and expect to work live and perfect

If an employer wants the best performance from an employee training/orientation will be provided and expectations will be agreed to on both sides. Sh--ty companies like DXC are in business for the short term-burn employees and then replace them.
OP -hard lesson learned. Move on to a better company and be grateful that this was not more costly.
