After reviewing my resume and with others it seems my Oracle work history destroyed my otherwise beautiful work progression - how do I know? I am still getting calls off my old resume from years and years ago who lose interest when I send the Oracle "updated" resume - go figure....

Oracle = old school. There is no market value in the job market.
No it's because people hate oracle/ think that oracle has a bad wibe and fail to differentiate between good people who worked at oracle and the jackasses running the place. Branding unfortunately works both ways
I've been looking for the last 8 months. I'm definitely feeling a resistance to hire Oracle people out their. I think it may be related to the sheer volume of us on the market and actively looking.
