Is It closing the DataCenter business in near future? Looking into the hardware dependencies & making a shift to software only model, it looks close in the near future.

There should not be second thought of moving out..!
Cisco's data center business was built on switching and UCS. Current jokers running team including marketing bozos like DD (Das Gupta) don't know how to work the positioning at scale. Insieme team not being there, means sales guys don't have anyone hitting them on the head to perform. They're getting knocked by Jayshree one one hand and by Broadcom and others on the other. UCS has lost its competitive differentiation. It's quickly downhill....
Gotta need suggestions.... I Just survived 2 LRs first in August and second now (probably saved). My team in DCG BU was badly impacted in august and this time as well. I am not feeling lucky being saved rather more tensed now, i got one offer from one Cloud/SDN domain (medium scale) company with good hike .
Should i give second thought staying back in Cisco or quit immediately and join other.
