There is definitely something going on. Some IBM Execs are being recalled from various location around the world. Not sure what but it could very well be a shake up on top.

Oracle and IBM should merge. They are the two most incompetent companies in tech. The stupidest person who has no idea what is going on is at the top.
One can only wish, but unless a new regime reverses some of this self destructive nonsense that's come down in the last couple of months it won't mean a thing.
The co-lo and cutting contractors is so obviously counter productive someone has to do something soon.
