Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Consider an EEOC action

If what is being said has some bases in fact about using "layoffs" as a pretense for replacing older workers with younger ones, then this appears to be a strong case for an age discrimination EEOC action. My words may not be more than just "venting" food for thought for those of you who lost your jobs, but it might help to have something else to consider other than the bad pill you all just swallowed. Also, consider the culture of that place just revealed itself as one which is at best unhealthy & not worthy of your talents. Best of futures to you all.
