Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

PER survey

Glendale Az came in a 81 % participation. Our lowest yet. No free breakfast burritos. ha -HAH.

Serves them (Honeywell management ) right! After all, we the workers been through. Management never addresses our Real concerns but cooks-up nonsense like we wank to do more volunteering from the last years PER.

I also work at Glendale and heard that the score is so low due to Engineering and not ISC. The ISC (production) side was almost 100% participation.

Agreed that the site leader and entire leadership staff is top notch. Very little churn and very supportive of the teams. And no, I'm not one of them.

See the door? If you're so unhappy, walk through it.

Thats because you are not counted if you have voluntarily taken yourself out of PER survey list and are not actively looking to complete the survey. They get 100% of those still actively wanting to complete the survey. Just like government calculating unemployment. If it does not fit, make it up.

It's funny, but in Greer, we get 100% participation, but many of us never do the survey.

Why anyone bothers filling it out, I'll never understand.

I can't imagine the site leader at Glendale worried about his job. He really is the best in Aero, and I've met and worked with most of them. It's too bad he's not mentoring others. IMHO. 81% PER response - who cares?

Once again sounds like HR cooked the books for the PER survey at Glendale in order for the site leader, directors and VPs could keep their obs....hmm people are not buying into Honeywell anymore, sad because Glendale is the crown jewel of AEOC!

I am confident that the 81% was not a real number. Management needed to show a number that was somewhat respectable but still believable. They can now say that they have an engaged workforce with over 8 out of 10 people participating in the survey.

I stopped doing those surveys years ago as they are a complete waste of time. Besides, I'm too busy doing 4 people's jobs, HOS, 5S, various metrics and making my desk look like the picture on my cube. Don't have time for b---s--- surveys. Thanks.
