LOvely. The all associate call with mf was rescheduled for 6/7. Sure hope this doesn't mean more lay offs are coming

I would say you are reading into things, but this seems to be the trend. Reschedule a meeting, let go of a bunch of associates, pretend like nothing happened during rescheduled meeting (or acknowledge it in the vaguest way possible).
So even if that's not the case this time - it doesn't seem to make sense as far as timing goes - they must know that repeating this pattern is going to cause anxiety.
