PLEASE we beg you HCM's to not make more than the required 25 weekly, it's already out of control and insane to manage a roster of 1000 members plus all the insane daily requirements.
Don't work overtime, don't work through your lunch or breaks in order to look good by making more calls, it will only harm us in the long run. Please do not ruin things even more for the teams, go back to your family and friends, have a life, we need sanity!!!!!
Humana thought they were smart by pitting workers against each other..I think it is now starting to backfire. We must unite and not let ourselves be overworked by unrealistic metrics. And plenty of high performers were let go anyway so it doesn't guarantee you a job. It's time to start pushing back by uniting!!!
I don't think they are talking about HCM RN in HCCP. We are doing 9 calls per day; that is the minimum expected successful calls.
25 weekly contacts? I thought it was 45, ( 9 a day x 5 days) . When did it change?
I never work through breaks or lunches, and no overtime. Never have. Never been a top performer, but still here for now. I see colleagues who completely neglected themselves for numbers, who were laid off. Not worth it.
