Scorecards..you get what you measure..think it through for once.

Doesn't matter who is at the helm until some basic problems are corrected.

The focus needs to shift to providing the customer service and protecting their workforce like the company was founded on pre-asset accounting.

Acres of concrete and massive facilities many miles away from the work.

Open area office environment not efficient or private.

Eliminate the divisions/competition between the PSLs/product lines.

Building workout and family centers while not taking care of the people that provide the revenue to build them.

Not understanding who the key employees really are that keep the company going.

Scorecards..you get what you measure..think it through for once.

Enough said. Knock off a couple three of these and Jeff or whoever will be on his or her way

those were GE castoffs, looking for a way to climb up the ladder, playing the card for advancement, didn't matter what they did or didn't know, personal advancement is the primary objective. Fast forward, GE purges its ranks, uses the HAL BHI takeover to gain a foothold, acquires the knowledge and contacts it needs to be a play'a, and catapults itself to number 2. Meanwhile, we sit here filling out scorecards. , gee no, GE.

Score card crapola started with the hiring of GE people in 1994 or 1995. Those GE people hired thier friends ( more GE people ) who did not know the difference between a well head or a dumb bell.

This is what happens with inexperienced people in positions they are not qualified for. It's or just bad management but the mgr shouldn't be in that position. See it all over the oil field.

They have always been too many meetings going on and sometimes folks at the wellhead, including Customers need help/answers not waiting on calls after meetings is not the response needed.

Wonder how many hours and travel expense don't lead to revenue generation.

Flatten the Org chart....

One of the leaders a few decades back made the comment "You either need to be at the wellhead or in support of someone that was" That logic seemed pretty solid for making the organization right-sized.

But he went away quickly.

Good points. If you don't have a lid on that coffee you should be fired. Spill and your down on your hands and knees doing cleanup, meanwhile security is coming to walk you out when done. Bicycle racks on campus and not a bicycle in sight - but it earns us green credits. Milking rooms ! W!T!F! this place has shifted towards so much correctness maybe to impress outsiders or what, all that shines is glitter and glam , meant to attract the youngest and brightest, s---ing up to millenials no doubt, they like being catered to. No, nova is correct..... Why do we have all the burocercy???

We don't need all the glam crap: gymnasium, daycare, quiet rooms, mother rooms to milk, walk track, the extremely outrageously priced cafeteria and all the differant types of foods. There is an incredible amount of waste, fraud and abuse of this stuff.

Then you have this HR and HSE stuff. HSE needs to be out in the field where the work is, get the hell out of the office, I don't need them telling me how to go up stairs or how to drink my coffee....... This is stupid.

And then there is that Real Estate Services bunch, biggest crooks in the company. They need to go, bunch of arrogant bastards that are dumber than the keystone cops.......
