Ok, backfilling jobs is the exact opposite of what ATS would do. It's all about self separation. And... Surprise! The only reason fiber was ever a mystery was because the guys who could do it never shared the info. It made they're skills valuable. The fact that as many guys have picked up the skill of splicing and building cans only proves me rite. The curtains been drawn back and the real wizard exposed. Just a different cable with different fittings, no magic what so ever. That's why 14s doing fiber will stay 14s. 17s were special, and still are, because splicing and troubleshooting are two different things.

Red flags should have gone up when this was first announced. How do do purchase one Company and then months later announced your creating another Company. Meanwhile at the same time your eliminating or downsizing staff. This was a upset to rid you of your jobs. This guy is notorious for outsourcing jobs for lower pay.
Cause ATS is contractors and as guys go there just gonna outsource to the contractor companies like connect one to the point where they don't even need ATS everyone needs to research this owner all his companies he owns he outsources everything he's all about outsourcing cheap labor less money out of his pocket.
