Has anyone at hoffman noticed how some jobs or parts of some jobs are now getting sourced to the overseas teams in india?

A lot of things we used to do at Hoffman are now done by Sh--he work, mostly, is subpar but cheap labor trumps quality work.

outsourcing back office tasks is the thing to do nowdays and the only way to slow it down is if you are a client that objects to having your data sent overseas to the "low cost provider"
Look at the largest firms these days that are coming into neighborhoods and turning them into a "little india"
and who will do these jobs when
a. people are leaving Sears India in droves
b. no one wants to join Sears in India as well
but this is on the tech side. are you talking ops - then it may go strong.
they read the same media reports as we do.
not unusual - expect more - only Q is why has it taken so long
