Note: oracle is not in the top 10 of class of programs. The recruiter community has declared that they cannot find good candidates for oracle class of because the program is such a grinder on enthusiasm and results so far are dead end jobs in call centers of oracle ... the kiddos come out of college excited. They arrive at oracle and get handed a phone and a computer, some "talk tracks" and are turned loose after done power point training slides on whatever pillar they work for. They last about 9 mos to a year before the quit for greener pastures. Sad. But no less true, just ask any one of the college recruiters or hiring managers off the record. They'll tell all. One of these hiring managers (young and a go getter) just left after 2 1/2 years because he saw No end in sight or ability to affect change. Oracle has a cultural problem. It's problems are about a lack of encouragement for innovation and empowerment of employees. It's not google; it's the Roman army.
