Look at where the new kids are coming from, for a graduate scheme made for UK young starting their lives, it seems only UCL foreign nationals are hired. Perhaps cause that whole management chain (CG, OS, PG) are not British, hire like themselves.

I know I'm replying to an ignorant troll post, but get a grip! There's plenty wrong with Cisco but the graduate recruitment isn't part of the conspiracy.
Think about it, the job is basically to join a call centre (TSN) for a 'has-been' box shifter. It's not going to attract the best and brightest (look in Shoreditch for those).
