Heard a rumor that Mr. Madsen and H.R. will be rolling out an organizational assessment and that part of this is that multiple managers and non-managers will "assess" certain behavior and technical skills of all band 3 and above employees.. Looking this topic up Google this is used to assess and organizations readiness for major change......hear we go.....A coupe weeks I hear and this will start. Anyone hear anything more on this?

All part of the spinoff evaluation. Been through this a few times in my career, fairly standard protocol, and have a reliable source familiar with the assessment who provided some details. Not necessarily a bad thing, just is what it is.
Not a rumor anymore. Just got the email from MM.
All of the basic accounts receivable and accounts payable jobs are going to Mexico too. At our site in Florida hey were given their notice letters last week. Most go by June 30 and all go by December 31
That's on top of what was announced a few weeks ago for those same types of roles in Illinois Rhode Island and a Canadian site
My understanding is they are planning on centralizing all of ISC at corporate level before end of year and maybe starting in June. Notice when you login to HR Direct it says you should update your profile as all new jobs will be using the profile. Major ReOrg to begin soon. Also he SLP Mexico office is hiring with no experience required (actually stated in the advertisement) so they can pick up work from RIFd employees
Darius has big things cooking and Dave wants one more big event before he exits Chairman of Board role at end of March 2018
To posting NuRweNK-1brl- You are absolutely right about the good ol' boys club and being golden, look no further than in AEOC and Clearwater.
Yes, I remember it and nothing new. It's just another recycled measurement process.
Yes 1brl I remember the 360* feed backs. That concept was laughable. I was a manager at the time and had to have at least 1 subordinate also review me. You can bet I did not hand out the form to someone who just got a performance warning or counseling. LOL
I remember performance reviews AlliedSignal H.R. used for several years in the 1990's called 360-degree feedback. It was the same sort of system with behavior assessment from yourself, peers and the leaders in your chain. If you were in the good old boys club you were golden. If not you were toast. It didn't last very long.
Is this for aero also?
Yes, this new measurement will review employees on risk taking, customer focus, champions change, and some other behaviors that have never been measured before!
Hmm.....this is the reason why I left Honeywell, site leader did not like nor support my leadership style. Question would be if they force everyone out via RIF, would Mr. Madsen and his brown nosing minions be able to run ISC effectively?
Indeard ALL band 3,and above both Managers and Individual Contributors will be assessed
"Leaders" are required to participate in a self assessment and and then be assessed by their manager, and it has already begun. It's supposedly for training but knowing Honeywell, maybe it could be used to RIF them if they don't "measure up." Maybe ISC is going to do the same thing for every person in their organization and not just the "leaders."
