Note to execs

A company-wide wage freeze to protect everyone's livelihood did not worked for us at CTS. It was a good try, but did not work. We are just like everyone in the industry now, chasing the bottom line and do not care about employees.

Don't lose your focus on serving your employees. What has made you such a great company so far will continue to carry you forward into the future.

DO not make us go through multiple rounds of cuts

Yeah, fire more people. Great idea...

Focus on training and customer service again. Stop cutting corners to save on perceived costs and focus on giving customers what they want, instead.

As TCS transitions to the expectations of being a publicly held company I have witnessed that influence of management decrease. I guess I do have one piece of advice - be more aggressive in turning over that staff, both full-time and part-time. The new energy and attitudes may spark a resurgence in moral at the store.
