Nothing will change at BoD whilst change requires unanimous agreement - and where exactly is that requirement stated ? While 2 people (one of whom is a manager) can obstruct change simply out of their own self interest then we aren't going anywhere. The manager has done nothing to improve the discontent amongst his staff.
