Last June 1, we would go to self service, then HCM cloud and it would tell us who our manager is and who is on our team. Checking today, looks like HCM cloud has a different layout and doesn't give you that info. Obviously Aria will not be updated. Any place we can go in the morning to get the latest info without waiting until afternoon to figure out what is going on?

no change in HCM or aria so far but a friend just got laid off
If expecting layoff be sure to remove personal files off as they don't give much time and my friend had to give hers back in 30 minutes. Also hr is not clear on this but you have 60 days to sign for cobra and oracle picks up the first month. It is not clear unless one calls hr. A lot who got laid off were old timers 45+ years and many were promoted or has great reviews . Not sure what the criteria is for lay off . Is it hr recommended people or just boss feels dispensable or work has moved offshore . India team development is sub par and poor quality in most part . Severance check is not enough. Lot of middle management who do nothing are still around while lot of good people laid off ? Most good employees last few years left on their own and didn't wait for this day . Only ones with kids or want flexibility stayed ..
