They also play games with severance agreements to stagger terminations dates to avoid triggering WARN. Current head of legal was previously in charge of HR and ruined reputation of HR while she lined her pockets with minimal effort. She was once exiled from HR based on poor performance, but somehow allowed back to ruin it. Can't wait to get out of this place and hope the AAP name on my resume does not kill my HR career.
