Since sales for CBAD went up rumors have it that the Chef is on the block to be sold to whoever Sean thinks is stupid enough to pay too much for it.

Chef always made money for conagra and still does but to try to stretch out profits to pay for other non performing brands they own by changing formulas with cheaper ingredients then you get sluggish sales. When the plant manager blames the consumers for the declining sales you know how clueless they really are. The customer is always right the management is at fault for not adapting to consumer demands. They need to get the old goats out.
