IDP are you serious

The company is in all kinds of trouble and we keep getting pushed to do more with less. Now you hit us up again with the total time waste of doing an IDP??? Really? Let me keep doing my job to keep the company afloat now is not the time for the HR bull$&it.

Fossil's biggest mistake is they forgot where they came from. They brought in all these leaders from different companies and made it to much corporate America. Passion was there but now it is gone s---ed out of us. IDP's are a corporate scam, dangling the carrot. My best advice is to bs your way through it like always.

IDP is there strictly so HR can show they are doing something. IDP is a joke, mid year is a joke.

What fossil is a complete hypocrite. There is hiring freeze and firing of people, this kind of IDP is just for show and so called process. The HRs have no hearts and don't think about what is really good for the company. There is no training except for product training, minimum corporate training on what's really important like communication, soft skills, there is no study subsidy nor study leave. And yet we require people to have this and that. Complete joke. With this kind of management of course the company would go down. There is no real appreciation for talent and no will to grow talent. Everything is done superficially.
