because in these past few months we have seen major corruption in mine. people making up jobs for others, people moving up the management ladder out of nowhere, improper hr management and handling of our seasonal associates' follow-up opprotunities. is it just our store?

I think that managers know how to manipulate the rules to get what they want. I would guess all the stores are corrupt if you measure it by that standard.
The store I work for in Southaven is the same way exactly as you put it but majority are homosexuals
