Our leader said we need a license, but did not give a deadline date. Does anyone know if they are going to give us time get our license?

LCSW requires a clinical exam, ethics, and two years of supervised before you can sit for the exams
There are FCMs that have an MSW, with no license, currently working, and were not transfered to another department, and were not layed off. I do understand the clinical license LCSW is different then the LSW (Lisenced Social Worker). I thought the requirement was just to be lisenced which can be completed by taking an exam. Are they now requring the lisence to be clinical LCSW? If so yes that would take years or several months depending on how many hours already complete.
Yes, clinical
"Licensed" can mean very different things for SWers. There is state licensure and clinical licensure. State licensure requires testing to show competence and clinical licensure requires approximately 2 years of supervised practice in the mental health field. I assume they are referring to clinical licensure??
I'm not sure how long they will allow an msw fcm obtain their license
Fcm needed to be licensed sept. Of 2015, the only fcm that are licensed all those in the network or contracted.... In sept of 2015 all non-licenced fcms weRe transitioned to phc role or layed off, no matter what, none were or can be grandfathered in, and its Rns and msw only
If they are going to grandfather MSw in they will need atleast 2 years to get licensures.
You need a license as in RN or MSW?
