There's a plethora of 'Senior Executive Leadership Team' mouthpieces doing quite well following the lead given by S.C and M.H. I'm sure they can all take the pain for a few more years.

It's tough (on the employees) but - you just have to do it.

After all, keeping the (soon not to be) employees better informed would have a dramatic impact on the share price - wouldn't it ?

Yes. I worked at Oracle for 15 years before being laid off. If you are young, get the two years of experience and leave. Otherwise, do not apply. They are catering to young people because you are f....cheap. Right. They all doing. However, some companies are better than others. Go for one of the companies on the list and don't waste your time with Oracle. They simple just don't care. Yes, they are trying to appeal to college graduates as a cool company. That's BS. What are they going to do when Larry leaves? Good luck.....

If you do not want to be unhappy in your life, go and work else where. Else, stay at Oracle and it seems to be best place for such people.
