If laid off in the USA, does that person get a package if hourly ?

Since when hourly employee get bonus? Your very very low bonus still higher than my $0 bonus and $0 raise for last 10 years or so.
I am a laid off hourly employee as of June 30. They paid me out for 40hrs week x my hourly rate x 4 weeks (since I was an employee for only one year). My Q4 bonus payout is very very low - worse than Q2. They paid my vacation time in my last paycheck at my hourly rate too.

yes, 4 weeks pay for year one and one of week pay for every year after of seniority plus one month of medical
Please clarify this answer - it doesn't make sense to me. Also, when and from what geographic location did you get laid off from?
i did not.....just hourly times 40 per week
