Aflac will "displace" layoff 80% of its IT Operations in 4 phases over the next year. They will also bring on more vendors to replace much of the payroll and hr systems. From a recent meeting, much of the call center will soon be outsourced to save additional money. As long as they call it displacement, Aflac will keep their facade of being an ethical company. With many of us being offered more money from the vendor, it may be a good thing to break free of this low paying, high grossing company. Time will tell.

They were testing the new payroll and hr systems today. Very hush hush, but people need to know. September 4th and October 2nd are being thrown around. If you pull into the parking lot and see more cars parked, you'll know. The only people that they will keep will drive their "diversity" status. Be smart and call them out immediately.
