Haha! Noticed on starting line another new lot of gm's getting ready to hit the stores. DM's are scrambling to fi d replacements and shuffle people around. They know the worst has yet to come!
i waited 6 months to finally recieve onboard training. The expectations to do all was upon receiving keys which was 6 months prior to training. left a bad taste. still here struggling. well see for how long
Out of my onboarding class I know of four of us that have already left the company.
I personally think it's too little, too late. They can spray all the flexseal they want on the bottom of the ship, but it's still going down.
With all of the excellent communication between the region, district and store, I'm sure we'll all have like a 6 month warning of when they will start shutting stores down.
Every 2 weeks you have a whole new batch of GM's and they aren't opening any new stores so what does that tell you.
