Well actually you will get a week of pay for each year you have been there up to 20 weeks with a min of 4. So actually they are giving you paid notice.
I'm not going to give them a chance to lay me off, I'm an ASM i will find a job soon and walk out, shake a couple hands of the truly good people and coworkers telling the SGM how horrible of a manager he is and walk out screw them, you and i will not get 2 weeks if layed off so why should I give it to them
