I recently left Sears Holdings and the grass is greener on the other side. From day 1 more money,benefits, paid time off,vacation. None of that BS about working here a year. I used to come on here vent and read comments. At the same time I also kept applying for jobs and going on interviews. Yes I did sacrifice some days at work for an interview. Those the chances you take when you looking for better. People favorite line on here is if you don't like your job just quit. I didn't leave until I got another job,but I didn't give them a 2 weeks notice. I left immediately my new job wanted me to start. Keep your head up and keep looking for better. Make the short term sacrifice for a long term gain. When you find better you will realize how much Sears has been holding you back. The trolls love Sears,but the people that live in reality understand Sears has no future.
