workers are as smart as their employers allow them to be. Entrepreneurial skills should be cherished, however in an organisation that is not flexible those skill will quickly disappear. I was totally demotivated by the lack of power to change what is not working. when starting my own business I gained a lot of new energy and can respond flexible to what the market is asking for... all what I missed in my role at DXC
The way the cuts are going, there may only be 7 of 9 left to assimilate anyway.
