As per the mandatory arbitration agreement you all signed an employee cannot sue EDMC without first going through arbitration. If a suit is brought against the company they have 90 days to arbitrate. The former SUO Graduate Admissions Manager had a big fat one pending with the 90th day right around the corner. Yesterday was day 83 and the company got it tossed for the bargain price of 1 yrs salary. That ego-maniac had to be pissed. For only $92K they squashed his mountain of email and campusvue evidence. $92K sounds like a hefty win but after legal fees and taxes ho got 40 at best. Crisis overted
