We are officially sick of this UNDUE STRESS you are causing. Tell us something so we can move on with our lives. I love this job but if you are giving us the boot I want to apply elsewhere if not I want to stay I love this job but I have kids mortgage bills to pay. Just be straight forward we are all professionals. You've done everything else so tasteless so start being transparent about your agenda. Now you have aquired additional business are you laying us off or not? I will make sure a civil suit is filed who is with me? I already have a law firm that is going to take the case

Law Suit..that's hilarious at least if you work in Ohio! Unless you can PROVE discrimination, Ohio is an "at will" state. They can fire you because they don't like the shirt you are wearing. Also, most layoffs that may include severance packages are not actionable because in order to get the severance you must sign a document stating you will not file suit against them. Even if you PROVE discrimination it will take years to settle. And considering who is driving the ship, there will probably be nothing left to collect and award from.
My advise if anyone cares, is to pay off as much sh-- as you can and wait 'em out or abandon ship! The latter is probably the smartest!

This is how layoffs are done. Nothing new. Cant be done any other way. Picking 1400-1500 out of 14,000 is not an easy job. In addition trying to make the company run better. It all takes time! They said it'd be done by end of September. So just be patient and stop complaining. We all had a great time while everything was allowed/approved/okay. Time to pay the price.
I agree one week the company is spiralling the next states are getting contracts. 1 week all these layoff emails next week quiet as a mouse.Joe White is so dishonest. But hey just tell us Joey lol get that monkey off your back
