Worked here almost 7 years. Worst place I've ever worked as far as horrible managers, lack of promotions, lack of vision, no security. There are some good managers, but lots of bad ones. Very VP and Director heavy. 3 layoffs so far this year. Lots of teally good employees getting let go. Really sad.

I stayed because employees in the ranks are really good people, I love the travel industry, and I kept persevering for 7 years hoping things would get better. I was in the middle of a project, project was going well, customer was happy, my boss was happy, never had a bad review in 7 years. I got lad off after the reorg by a director that doesn't know the business, didn't know what I was doing, and doesn't appreciate experience. So he hired someone from outside the company with very little experience that didn't know the business to make himself look good.
lets hope you stay for another 3-years to complete a decade or before the company is shutdown
I stay because I really like my team and coworkers.
