This is becoming ridiculous, we have fewer workers each month, and the work remains the same, if not even increasing. Not to mention that there are a few people who skirt by with doing bare minimum, but are well protected by managers because - you guessed it - nepotism galore. This leaves those of us who are actually doing our jobs (and other people's as well) with longer and longer hours, to the point where it is becoming unsustainable. My family time is all but gone and I can barely rest before I have to go back in. This system will not last. Unless their goal is to get us to quit on our own, in which case, they are doing amazingly well.
