I am in customer service, and I have seen so many mistakes and departments/people not willing to take responsibility for those mistakes that I am not surprised by any of this.

Yelp. The company will not make it with the current management team.
Same here, customer service - I am in agreement with the original poster. Also, supervisors and management are good only when they need to write someone up or criticize. They do not help grow talent nor care for people. We are just numbers for PHH and I've been here long enough to know that we were not always like this...
