Maybe Supervalu will start doing better if we actually train new people on how to their jobs. People are coming to me with such basic questions (they don't even know which software programs we are using, for crying out loud,) that it's no wonder it takes them forever to actually become productive. Why is there no official training here anymore? I'd really like to know, honest question.

Maybe someone could train our upper management on how to manage things.
