Thread regarding Pearson PLC layoffs

how many times do you have to contact HR about your boss?

Seriously. Our manager has been turned in 7+ times from several different people over the past 12 months, AND HALF the team has quit, yet HR and their manager do nothing. They haven't put them on a plan, reprimanded them.....NOTHING.

If a lowly rep was turned into HR once they would be put on a plan immediately and canned 3 months later. What middle and upper management are getting away with is complete insanity!

Has Fallon put together the pieces yet that his management team in the US is killing the company???

How many position vacancies do you have to have under your management before people start asking questions?

Once only, at my exit interview.

Frankly speaking, HR doesn't care how poor you rate your manager.

PS: The HR I met at my exit interview told me that every one who left my team said the same (bad) thing about my ex-boss, but ... who cares.

I hear your pain, we had a similar situation with a manager that was reported multiple times. It was mostly passive aggressive bullying of workers that was the issue. We were lucky that after a few years she left, but we were all surprised that no action from the HR perspective was take even though multiple complaints existed - that's Pearson today
