As a previous employee and one that has contacted the integrity department about billing issues and spoke to the corporate office. It is about time they are being called on it. I have forwarded emails to corporate with account numbers that were being over-billed and by how much. (Sometimes it is better to CC when you sent an email, right! lol) I was even told that I saved the company a lawsuit (ha-ha). At first, I loved working there, good benefits and fun atmosphere! Then supervisors and management changed, and it was all about the money. There were incentives out there to sell and I would say about 75% of the reps would lie to customers just to get the sale. Those are the employees that went to the Circle of Excellence. Supervisors are aware of who they are and how they sell the items. But its the whole if you look good, I look good mentality. We were encouraged to sell things to customers basically without them knowing, Oh your internet includes virus protection and it costs $XXX.XX in all actuality, you can have your own and save $5.00 a month. Imagine if the company does that to 100 customers a day, for the year that would be and additional $ 182,500 in the companies pocket that the majority of the customers do not use or do not know they have.

Centurylink takes better care of their vendors than employees.
American way, how sad :(
Wow, either you currently work there or you should. Greed is the reason for the lawsuit.
This is the American way, hustle, make money!
