Extremely proud as finally Dell employees talking truth. Come on guys, we all know what is happening in NDC too. Say it loud.
Same thing happened in NDC qa teams. Managers and directors got rid of all employees who speak truth and gave low Tell Dell scores.
Those employees who gave good reviews and great Tell Dell scores of their managers still have jobs. Shameful practices and no action is ever taken by HR or Ethics
Beware of HR. In BDC storage two directors and a manager were caught red handed abusing and threatening the team for giving low Tell Dell scores. HR complaint was raised and these people were warned. In one year these directors and managers ensured that whole team was isolated and nudged out of Dell. HR and ethics are useless functions in Dell.
Don't ask HR anything, unless you want to be gone. HR is not your friend, they are not on your side and you are the LAST person they will help.
why don't you ask your HR person?

What is the standard base ?
There is a rumor that the package will change after Sept . It not be as generous and change to a basic Dell package or no package .
isnt it always the same (as last year's ...) 1 week for each year of service on top of a standard base. there is a special add-on benefit for those that meets longer service term and/or above some age.
