All Market Investigators, senior market investigators, and some RLPM's will be laid off this week. Source: regional loss prevention director. The excuse being given is a string of incidents by investigators leading to bad press. This is 100 percent going to happen start looking for jobs immiedately, some severance pay will be given but most likely going to only be a couple weeks salary

Everyone should be worried.. This is happening.. But i agree with the corporate troll.. They should put names to whom is spreading the rumors.. Because till its announced its only rumors.. I spoke to a outside security company. They heard its happening, but don't know when..
I mean, people are alreaady worried. We're losing our jobs, plain and simple. At least someone is trying to give out some sort of information. Better than being strung along this whole damn time by the powers that be. You're probably a corporate troll looking for someone to give up who they are so you can fire them without severance. If you think there's any chance they are going to keep our jobs then you are not paying attention and will not do well in today's job market.
I was able to punch in & out... But still waiting for 11am or how about i give it more than an hour.. Smh put some names to all this facts next time.. Stop trying to worry people..
So where's my people at that got laid off today? Anyone? Going once? Going twice? Anyone at all?
I guess tomorrow than? Can't believe this turned out o be a fake
Maybe they meant pacific time.
Is it 11am yet??
Been more than a hour
How about giving it more than an hour?
I'm still here, still able to punch in, still able to long into my email, and still able to go into HR.. So I'm guessing next Thursday.. Right!!! How about hard facts instead of hear say..
Well, today's the day. Does anyone have any update? Haven't heard anything yet.
How do you have proof and what market are you in?
Company-wide, tomorrow at 11am EST.
So will it be company wide and is it truly gunna happen we haven't heard anything
Not true. The incident back in April in Brooklyn of the LP agent s-xually assaulting underage women did more damage than anything else. Plus there's been many, many other incidents across the US that have happened in the last two years. Definitely not just "Texas fault"
In reality it is Texas who screwed up, it's because of you that we are in this predicament...
Seriously where are they going to happen and where is this info comming from we have heard nothing at all
No. It's everyone. I think they were just being dramatic.
24 hours
So basically what you are saying is area 24, which includes Houston, is taking a hit? And everyone else is safe and can expect to keep their jobs?
Well! There you go! Hope everyone had interviews lined up. I mean they basically gave us 7 weeks to get ready for this at least. Any more word on severance? I was told to expect 4 weeks pay just like the people let go in February.
In 24 all market investigators, senior market investigators, asset protection managers, and some regional loss prevention managers will be let go. In late November some area loss prevention directors will be let go as CVS rolls out a new "cluster" program. Come tomorrow all market investigators in the Houston market will be unemployed and homeless. One more example of CVS Health leading with heart.
Just got word... Its happening. Anyday now they will announce it.. Good luck to you all..
My rlpm told us two weeks ago...he wanted to give us a heads up and is also get laid off so he doesn't give a f---
I honestly think it could be legit. Two weeks ago I was told by a higher up that it would be two weeks. And at this point it'll be enough time to get everything ready for a layoff. And half the team is remaining at this point. Possible less. Less severance.
So what will happen Thursday? cc? Or will everyone get a call individual..
Is this reliable? Do we know for sure they will do layoffs?
Next Thursday at 11am ESt
Well. Didn't happen this week. Must be next week if that is accurate. There's been a hiatus for over 6 weeks with all Loss Prevention in the stores.
Not surprising. More and more RLPMs that had no idea how to hire or train people. MIs doing whatever they wanted and never held accountable. Department used to very solid but has just gotten worse and worse over the years.
