Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

WISCONSIN MOLINA EMPLOYEES

Just calm down and think about this for a minute . . . yes, MHWI will close because financially they have no choice. None of the Plans have any choice and it will all happen in steps. If you cannot afford to be unemployed then start looking. It takes time to find another job. It's time to step into the light and be realistic! If you think this is all just some sort of cruel joke or BS, as someone so delicately put it, I am sorry for you. You are the one who will pay the ultimate price.

Hush you don't. I am gonna go ahead and assume you are a member service rep and in that case you are invalid anyways.

It could happen however, you don't actually know anything. Do your job and keep the bs to yourself until you know.

To the person who said Wisconsin is not closong . . . Don't you have a conscience? If you don't want to admit that you know the days of Molina Wisconsin are limited at least say something with a little bit of truth in it - like every effort is being made to keep MHWI open as long as possible. Some people do use this site to try and get a truthful perspective on where things stand. Without a miraculous divine intervention they wil close. The Directors, AVPs, VPs, and Plan President all know this. They don't want a mass walkout and that is understandable, however that is NOT under their control anymore. It's better to be honest and be a positive force in helping staff find other employment than to lie. It's a small world and your paths may cross again someday.
