The DTC model has way to many positions that are a big waste of time! RDDs when they travel come in with at least 5 people in tow to visit a store.Pulling managers away hours at a time just to tell you the store is ran poorly with only being in the store for a short period of time. Where they come from it's all roses, It's no fun anymore. What is the role of an EKIN anyway? I can tell you from experience they walk around the stockroom digging for product hours at a time just so that they can comp this product for personal use.

The EKIN's could have a useful role but they have kind of gotten out of hand. I can see using them at specific events, i.e. The World Cup, Olympics, but this can just as easily be accomplished by using full time campus employees vs paying a separate group to do it full time
I wanted to know this as well - they are kind of useless in my mind - I am really trying to stay positive but in this case I cannot, sorry...
