Apple found to infringe on Qualcomm patent. Ironically, recommendation was not to ban iPhone based on that in US. I wonder China/EU and other markers will go so soft on Apple. I see things going in qcom's favor if there is any merit in stealing modem tech software to help Intel on top of patent infringement. Besides, culture and internal transperancy is at all time low working against Apple when it comes to former employee loyally testifying in favor of apple

My money is on Apple. Qualcomm can't expect a jury to allow anyone to pay twice for something.
