I heard about layoffs at HC but I am uncertain if they are true.

Harland Clarke closing its Phoenix operation 9/30/19. Work will be sent to Salt Lake City, Utah.
workforce reduction at Phoenix plant 7-9-2019. 5-6 people per shift. its happening
