OptumRx is outsourcing to the Philippines as well as expanding India location while simultaneously ceasing hiring in the US and becoming more strict with employees and easily firing agents. No big layoff yet but clearly headed there.
This is just a continuation of a long term trend for Optum where the intent is to ship all jobs overseas where people work for a few dollars per day.
Shame!
