Working off the clock

How many KMs or TSRs worked off the clock just to get your deliveries finished? I know of many that would clock out for lunch, let the K-Stars run, then clock back in. Same thing with breaks. We would get slave driven in our district.

Lunch ? Breaks? Never had either in 12 years! How many times have you read or sent an email or text while not on the clock? This too is considered working "off the clock" Hope everyone is taking notes because I really think this is going to be looked into a lot closer.
